Hawaii

Although there was a great westward migration of Daltons very few made it across the Pacific to Hawaii. There were no Daltons enumerated in the 1880 Census. The earliest records of Daltons are in the 1890 Directory of Honolulu. In total, this file consists of 19 surname entries. Our appreciation is extended to DGS member, Cindy Norwood for assembling this file.
Currently there are only 18 Daltons listed in the telephone directory of Honolulu and they have not been printed for privacy reasons. If you have Dalton data to add to this file, it is welcome.  It is the onus of the user to verify.
